Please note that at this time there are no Macintosh or Linux-compatible versions of Microsoft Reader. The browser screen shots used here were created with Internet Explorer. Netscape has similar screens. |

In the File Download box, select Save this program to disk. |

Save the file named msreadersetup.exe to your hard drive. |

Wait for the download to finish ... |

... then locate msreadersetup.exe
on your hard drive, double-click the file, and follow the prompts to complete installation. |

After installation is finished, start the Microsoft Reader by double-clicking the icon on your desktop. ... |

... and click Sign Up Now to set up a Passport account.This account registers you as a user, checks that you have the latest
upgrade of the Reader, and ensures copyright protection for the eBooks in your library. |
